Excellent! You really can not say otherwise. I have had it made to measure and given a little too big, so I can change it to the emergency or I did something wrong when measuring. The customer contact was always there, at first I was afraid not to get the dress you always read and heard a lot. But I do not regret the decision, never would I leave so much money in a store if you get such great clothes online for one day. I was then again in a tailor shop and have for 30, still something to customize. So everything was great. :)

I was extremely hesitant to order a dress like this online, however I'm glad I did. The quality of the dress is amazing, it's beautiful and I received many compliments. Customer service was great. My only complaint is the neckline is very low, even with custom measurements. That I had to have altered.

I chatted with a couple of representatives before ordering this dress because I was afraid I wouldn't receive it on time, as I had previously had difficulty getting items from out of the United States. However, once I decided to order, the dress came a day earlier than the representative told me and it looks like the picture and is of very good quality. I received the dress within around two weeks of ordering. I'm quite impressed with the quality of the dress considering the value! It is slightly tight for me around the chest area. I went with the measurements in the size chart but I could have mis-measured myself so I recommend getting a friend who knows how to sew to measure you. I'll be sharing pictures on my special day.
